Day 1: Picture and About Me

Okay, first off I guess I didn't find the right list as it is not matching up with what my friends are posting.  So I think that I will just stick with the one I have for now.  As I was looking for it, I found so many different ones, so maybe I will do a lot of these.  I think it will be fun!

Christmas Day 2010

Wow...I look more different than I thought.  Now, it says 15 facts about me.  But, if you didn't know this about me, I am a poet (in my own mind).  I actually have a poem just for a situation like this.

The craziest girl you'll ever meet,

add 8 inches to 5 feet,

she walks around in comfy pants,

and when no one's looking, she loves to dance,

soccer is her favorite sport, by far,

and she barely has a license to drive a car,

she wants to be accepted by everyone,

but most of all she wants to have fun,

she's only at the age of 18,

but in school she's very keen,

she hates to disappoint her 'rents,

she's flat broke, without even one cent,

she can speak French, has been to France,

she has four uncles and five aunts,

so easily she falls in love,

her favorite bird is the dove,

Hey Mickey is her favorite song of all time,

her favorite soda flavor is lemon lime,

her hobbies are to act and read,

people say she was born to lead,

she has four sisters and one bro,

and wants to name her first son Yo,

favorite animal is the Siberian tiger,

fantasizes one day riding a liger,

she writes really sappy poems,

and when her pants rip, she goes and sews 'em,

doesn't care what others think,

doesn't care much for the color pink,

she loves to get lost in her own little world,

and her favorite shape is the swirl,

loves to smell the air after rain,

and wants to take away all the world's pain,

she wants to be loved for who she is,

then get married and have five kids,

strives for perfection while knowing it's out of reach,

she wants to grow up and to little kids teach,

secretly she wants to be a writer,

she's never been a nail biter,

she wants to own a Lhasa Apso dog,

and was super afraid of Hagrid's Aragog,

can't figure out how to end this poem,

just remember her life keeps goin'.

Yay! Although I feel I should clarify some things.  I actually have a pair of Men's Lounge Pants that I call "my comfy pants."  I got my driver's license in May of 2010.  A month after my 18th birthday.  I got a 3.9 in my first semester of college, pretty "keen", eh?  My favorite soda is actually Sprite (lemon lime) mixed with blue powerade.  I don't really want to be a teacher.  I used to want to be an elementary school teacher, and then a junior high or high school English teacher.  But, my real goal has always been to become a doctor.  Although, I really would love to write and have some stuff published. 

Well, I think that sums it up.  It is 1 in the morning on 1/15/11, so until 1/16/11.  With another day.
