16: ME!

Aren't I cute? Okay, let me tell you something funny about these pictures.  The top one was taken the summer before my junior year in August, the other two were taken the summer before my senior year in August.  So they were taken exactly a year apart.  You can still tell that they are all of me though, right?  Apparently not.  Funny story:  I am writing this missionary (who I have never met) and I sent him the bottom two pictures.  In his next letter he implied that he had not received the photos.  I was quite sad, so I sent him the top photo with my next letter.  I just received a letter from him saying that he actually received all three photos.  He said, and I quote "Fourteen double takes, mental notes and lots of squinting - looking for the finest details - brought me to the conclusion that these are photos of the same Katrina Brocco.  I honestly thought they were photos of different girls for a minute."  He goes on to ask me when and why I dyed my hair.  I guess he thinks that the top photo is more recent and I dyed my hair a lighter shade.  It made me laugh.  FYI I have never dyed my hair ever in my life, except for if you count when I got highlights in seventh grade, but they are all gone now. 

Now this weekend, was probably one of the best ever!  Here are some highlights:

Friday:  Got out of classes early.  Weekend started for me at 10:15 a.m. :)

Chelsea Lynn came to visit me at 1

We watched A Very Potter Sequel on YouTube while getting prettied up.  (If you are compelled to watch this, you should really start with A Very Potter Musical).

We ate KFC and Maggie Moo's AKA Moo Moo's.

We went to a dance.

We talked with Flo Rida.

We went home to watch more.

Kept talking to Flo Rida.

Went back to the dance (with Coco, Cherry, and Em), had a blast.

Went to Wally World and Flying J. (Can I have it?!)

Back to the room to watch She's the Man.

Saturday:  Chelsea had to leave me :(

Went to brunch with C, E, and C.

Drove to St. Geezy, watching Little Rascals all the way.

Pie and presents with Shell's fam....that wasn't awkward at all...haha

Mini golf and laser tag! (I know I got destroyed in laser tag, but who won mini golf?)

Shopping...I got some great deals :) (and I really love my new bag)

Carl's Jr. Yum!

Drive back to Cedar, listening to good music.

Watched The Time Traveler's Wife.

It was fantastic.  I loved it, and I want to do it all again!

I love my girls: Coco, Em, and Cherry, and I (them too) cannot wait for Chelsea to come back to visit me!
